After receiving the notebooks, you can take the tour whenever you want.
Be careful to look carefully at the opening of the monuments included in the visit. See Practical information on the audio guide page.

After your purchase, you will receive the visit kit within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) if you have chosen a classic delivery. If you have chosen a delivery with Grab Express, you will receive the kit within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

It is a self-guided tour. You are independent for the visit. You find the points of interest on the map.
Adults or children over 11 years old can listen to the audio guide while the younger children do their activity in their activity book. For the youngest, parents must read the explanation of the activity to the children before starting the audio guide.
Explain to the children that while you are listening to the guide, they must do the activity alone and that you will be able to answer their questions and help them once the audio is over.

Children can guide the family with their map, but a more precise map is available for parents on the audio guide page.

At 7 years old, some children can already read well and others cannot, which is why the two notebooks may be suitable for 7-year-old children.
If your child is independent in reading and likes slightly more complicated games, we recommend the 7-10yo activity book. Otherwise, he will probably have more fun with the notebook for 4-7yo.

The audio guides can be listened to by kids from 8 or 9 years old. If they want to listen and do the activity in the book, we advise them to listen first to the audio guide and then do the activity.

If several family members want to listen to the audioguide together, you can share your headphones or even better take a small speaker to hear well.
If several members of your family wish to listen to the audio guide separately, you can log into your account on different phones or tablets in order to be independent.

This issue is under investigation to understand which WordPress plugin causing the problem. In the meantime, you can either use another browser (Chrome, Internet explorer) or change your setting in Safari (“Safari – Preferences – Privacy” untick “Block all cookies”).

For an emergency, if you are on the tour already, you cannot the Whatsapp number in the signature email you have received.
Otherwise, please contact us by email, and we will reply within 1 or 2 working days.

1. Check that you have an Internet network.
2. Reload the page (by retyping the URL for example).
3. If that still doesn’t work, try logging out and logging back into your account.
4. If you are doing the visit and you get stuck, contact us on the Whatsapp number in the Audioguide page or in the signature email you have received.
